Component Management Team Lead

Purpose of the Role:

 

Responsible for owning the inventory management and procurement processes within our on-site Personalisation Operations. This role will ensure sufficient component coverage and availability within, as well as providing vital insight and report on supplier service delivery.

 

This role will support in the planning and coordination of seasonal kit launches alongside pre-peak preparation within the Operations team.

 

Duties / Responsibilities:

 

Ensuring sufficient coverage level of Product Component Inventory Executing the component procurement process from end-to-end Enacting strategies to minimise name and number time to readiness, reducing delivery times to customer Working closely with suppliers to report SLA levels and identify opportunities for improved service Supporting the planning and coordination of kit launches across a multitude of sports, partners and suppliers Leveraging analytical thinking to draw actionable insights from a variety of data sources, including presentation to stakeholders and senior leaders

 


 

Knowledge / Skills / Experience:

 

Previous experience in Supply Chain or Inventory Management Strong understanding and use of excel Structured and thorough in approach to analysing and presenting data Strong written and verbal communication Experienced in the creation of PowerPoint presentations to share results, insights and performance with stakeholders
