**Now Brewing: operations lead, Arriviamo - Empire State Building Reserve** This job contributes to Starbucks success of the Roastery & Reserve Store by assisting the store managers, associate managers, and/or specialists in executing store operations and functions during scheduled shifts. Communicates information to manager so that the team can respond as necessary to create the Roastery & Reserve experience during each shift + Assists with new partner training + Contributes to positive team environment + Delivers legendary service to all customers + Develops positive working relationships with shift team + Executes operational assignments during scheduled shifts.
