Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Operations Lead to join a dynamic team at the Palm Beach Gardens site in Florida. The selected candidate will play a key role in driving operational efficiency, leading teams, and supporting the site’s performance through robust systems and processes.
Mission:As an Operations Lead, you will:
Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing processes.
Lead and support cross-functional teams on the production floor.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across operations.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and productivity standards.
Leverage systems such as Windchill, SAP, and Maximo to manage operational activities and reporting.
Collaborate with other departments to support strategic and tactical goals.
Monitor KPIs and contribute to performance analysis and reporting.
Profile Requirements:Proven experience in leading operational teams in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Strong familiarity with systems such as Windchill, SAP, and Maximo.
Hands-on approach and a strong understanding of production floor realities.
Solid knowledge of manufacturing and operational best practices.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Ability to adapt in a dynamic and evolving environment.
