Operations Lead - Risk Management Framework Job Category: Project and Program Management Time Type: Part time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: Secret Employee Type: Part-Time On-Call Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 10% Type of Travel: Local * * * **The Opportunity:** As the **CACI Operations Lead** for the United States Army Special Operations Command's (USASOC) **G3 Risk Management Framework** (RMF) project you will: + provide management and oversight of all assigned personnel and in compliance with DoDI 8510.01, + in close coordination with the CACI Cyber Security Engineers develop and update all necessary RMF documents to support the obtainment of authority(s) to proceed (ATO) + support the government representative with the deliverables outlined in the project’s statement of work. + be responsible for publishing ATO Maintenance and Support plans for all required organizations once it achieves ATO accreditation + provide the oversite and management of RMF package maintenance while assisting the G3 staff with recommendations to maintain a valid ATO status for a three-year cycle to best posture USASOC for the current and future operational environments. **Responsibilities:** Responsible for directing and supervising the daily project management activities and communicating all Cyber Security Engineer and RMF related priorities and requirements to the Mission Analyses Assessment & Planning (MAAP) FGL. You will also be responsible for updating project schedules, coordinating travel requirements, and the development and consolidation of all projected related reporting requirements including but not limited to client feedback reports, the project’s Monthly Status Report and the monthly Technical Status Meeting (TSM) slide. In consultation with the client, you will submit project Deliverables for review and acceptance. Other duties include but are not limited to: + Implement systems and processes to manage product workflow in support of the project’s operational requirements and the command’s RMF priorities. + Assists the in-processing and completion of all required training for contract personnel. **Qualifications:** _Required:_ + **Current Secret Security Clearance.** + Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant experience, or associate degree and 7+ years of experience, or nine years of relevant work experience. We will also consider candidates with 10 years of directly relevant experience. + Minimum of three years’ experience in operations coordination roles of responsibility within an O-5 or above tactical, operational, or strategic level command or while supporting a DoD contract of similar size and scope. + Working knowledge of tools, methods, and concepts of portals and other real or near real time knowledge management systems. + Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. _Desired:_ + PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification; PMI Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification; Certified Scrum Master; or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP). - **________________________________________________________________________________________** **What You Can Expect:** **A culture of integrity.** At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
