Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Operations & Maintenance Manager to join our team! In this role, you will manage several projects in progress to modernizing the facility and operations within the Aviation industry.

What You'll Be Doing:

Provide a program monitoring and reporting services, document
control, technical/operations analysis and technical support services to the airport navigational and communication facilities.Lead periodic schedule of the equipment inspection and maintenance.Perform, plan, and coordinate the daily operations and maintenance personnel assignments.Work is performed independently under minimal supervision and will perform airfield inspections.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

Experience leading airfield, security & fire maintenance teams for operation and maintenance work / planned preventive maintenance.Knowledge or experience implementing service level agreements for all Engineering maintenance Services.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

Must demonstrate proficiency in management and client relations skills.Must be capable of conducting focused briefings to all levels of management.Must also demonstrate the ability to effectively solve complex problems and exercise excellent judgment regarding engaging senior management involvement in significant issues.In addition, must possess the ability to effectively represent the organization during the leader’s absence and demonstrate excellent communication skills.
