Compensation

Compensation includes a base salary of $64,200.00 - $96,400.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

Job Description

The Operations Analyst II is responsible for ensuring and improving the performance, productivity, efficiency, and profitability of departmental and organizational operations through analysis, executing on strategies, campaigns, and operational efforts while leveraging operational process knowledge. The Operations Analyst II will collaborate with Operations stakeholders and key stakeholders across the organization to enable strategies and initiatives that impact primarily Client Facing Operations teams. The role demands the ability to sift through complex information and prioritize critical tasks. The candidate should demonstrate proactive communication and the ability to work independently while fostering a collaborative team environment. Proficiency in Microsoft programs is necessary. The candidate should also exhibit a strong work ethic, high energy, motivation, enthusiasm, and ambition.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for leading and project managing key enablement data initiatives, translating ideas into action, executing strategies, campaigns, and operational efforts. These efforts must be coordinated across multiple functions to drive business efficiency and Operations productivity.Work with Operations stakeholders to fulfill data requirements, ensuring data analysis, metrics and insights are delivered.Work with Operations stakeholders to identify problems or opportunities, conduct research and provide recommended solutions based on analysis, and collaborate to implement and execute on decisioned solutions.Leveraging strong business knowledge to make decisions on behalf of the business when needed. Synthesize information to make recommendations when a decision is needed. Share advantages and opportunities of the solutions specifically for operations formulating recommendations to decision makers leveraging knowledge of the client and the initiative.Supports process improvement implementation through education, training, or other means.Decision-making through analytical and business principles daily to filter work.Manage multiple priorities within tight timeframes while maintaining ongoing attention to detail to meet turn times.

Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Applies knowledge of economic, financial, market, and industry trends to enhance individual, workgroup, and organizational performance.Detail oriented with excellent analytic skills and interest in identifying, fixing, and organizing solutions to problems.Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams with the ability to gain proficiency in other role specific software. Salesforce experience a plus.Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills and ability to lead through influence and navigate effectively within the organization to deliver results.Ability to maintain a client-centric focus.Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple projects and initiatives at the same time.Ability to gather needs, analyze existing practices, provide recommendations, and implement new processes.Self-starter with a demonstrated bias for action and results with ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required Education and Experience:

BA/BS degree in a related field and 2 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience; MS degree and up to 2 years’ experience, or 6 years’ experience without a degree.Strong foundational knowledge of Microsoft tools.Prior work experience in the Auto or Financial service industry is preferred but not required.Effective communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills required.Ability to adapt to and work effectively within a constantly changing environment.Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills are required.Other duties as needed or assigned.
