Operational Management (OM) Data Analyst/Consultant role, as a part of Expertise Center department, actively supports Management team in understanding Operations Management situation, challenges and opportunities using OM data needed to drive fact-based conversional of business team. Based on specific OM assignments, this person is capable of gathering all relevant data, clean up the dataset and build comprehensive data insights in form of specific measures, reports or dashboards.
Using different data analytics tools and methods, he/she should also be able to test hypotheses, propose relevant conclusions and drive subsequent actions.
This role is based in Bratislava and has direct interaction with local Management team, Operational management consultants, and Process Experts teams. Person should also be able to tackle more complex, cross-units projects and assignments with wider impact.
Responsibilities
• Get understanding of the tools and techniques, required to perform Data Analytics in Operational Management
• Understand data workflow, report hierarchies and IT infrastructure for OM data sources
• Manage different Continuous Improvement projects (OM implementation, Lean Six Sigma)
• Manage change and stakeholders' expectations
• Support leaders in understanding, interpretation and active utilization of the OM data for their daily activities steering
• Gain advanced understanding of Verint OM tool usage and OM data captured
• Execute requested data analyses to support management reporting summaries (e.g. capacity utilization, productivities, absence benchmarks, …)
• Support teams in operations with data analysis to further improve operations, process and way of working

Requirements for the employee
Skills
• Language: English - advanced (C1), written and spoken is a must
• Data analytics (data extraction, interpretation and presentation to stakeholders)
project management, change management, stakeholder management, data literacy, coaching abilities• Technical: excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, Experience with PowerBI is and advantage
Experience
• 3 years of work experience working on similar position or using different data analytics tools (e.g. PBI) is preferrable
Required Education
• University education (Bachelor's degree/ Master's degree)
• Specialization in business analytics, banking, management is an advantage

• Proven knowledge, experience and track record in project delivery and deployment of effective Operations Management/Improvements
• Achieved Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification (as minimum) and finished projects
• A vision on process management and experience in (helping) defining, capturing, executing and improving of operational processes
• A continuous improvement mindset that is open to support delivery of trainings in line with methodologies (OM, Lean, Pace, Kaizen)
• Proven knowledge and experience of Agile and Scrum
