Ingram Content Group (ICG) is hiring an Operations Manager to support our Manufacturing team in Chambersburg, PA. The Operations Manager will manage printing, trimming, case binding, and shipping for assigned Lightning Source (LS) Production departments. The Operations Manager also supervises all associates, directly or indirectly, on the assigned shift.

College degree or directly related year for year experience3 or more years of management experience1 or more years of manufacturing experienceWhat You’ll Do:
Manage materials and equipment necessary for the daily production and shipping of books to LSI customers, including but not limited to, order routing, material requisitioning, shift staffing, and quality controlCoordinate with other LS Departments, to resolve customer complaints, rush orders and meet client needsOversee and direct supervisors on assigned shiftCompose and approve associate evaluations and maintain accurate attendance/time records; recommending disciplinary measures, as neededInterview applicants, approve hiring decisions and oversee trainingEnsure that safety and hazardous material guidelines are followed by associates at all timesAdditional InformationPerks/Benefits:
