Principal Responsibilities

In this role you will:

Manages day-to-day operational activities to safeguard the Bank from potential lossDeliver high standard of customer servicesMaintain HSBC internal control standards, implement and observe Group Compliance Policy and maintain awareness of operational risk and minimize the likelihood of it occurringContributes towards the continuous improvement of the departmentContributes towards the development and performance of staffContributing towards investment product operations, securities, structure products, IPO etc.Handling activities related to Bank's systems and procedures, governance, and control frameworkCarries out special projects as assigned by his/her superior. Reporting progress on a regular basis and planning for implementation
