Job Responsibilities

Provide leadership to the facility production team, as well as other key individuals facilitating the production teamBuild strong partnerships with support functions to drive efficient operationsAlign facility operations with the organisations business strategyMaximise facility efficiency by mitigating unplanned events and continuously supporting the safe operations of the plantMeet functional requirements in Health & Safety, Productivity, Cost Management, Reliability, Sustainability, Management Systems and Personal DevelopmentIdentify product quality improvement opportunities

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Engineering or related technical subject10+ years of experience in chemical manufacturing / process manufacturingDeep understating of batch processingKnowledge of PSM (Process Safety Management) systems and OSHA 29 CFR 1910 safety regulations
