MAU is hiring an Operations Manager in Newnan, GA. The Operations Manager oversees staffing, recruiting, and onsite operations for MAU branches outside regional leadership, ensuring strategic client service, team management, and efficient resource allocation to meet customer and business goals.

Lead all staffing decisions, including hiring, onboarding, coaching, performance evaluation, discipline, and terminations for associates, internal staff, and onsite personnel. Enforce and communicate company policies and procedures to ensure compliance across teams. Own and drive recruiting performance by reviewing and communicating Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) with team members. Hold staff accountable for meeting daily, weekly, and monthly performance standards, KPIs, and OKRs. Supervise and support the staffing team, including Staffing Specialists, Recruiting Coordinators, Interviewers, Receptionists, Onsite Leaders, Branch Coordinators, and Sr. Staffing Specialists. Manage all aspects of branch operations, including but not limited to: Budget and P&L oversight Data integrity and accurate entry Adherence to Applicant Tracking System (ATS) processes Job order and applicant flow management Orientation, interviewing, screening, and sourcing Documentation verification, drug screening, and background checks Counseling, investigations, and terminations Client account management and communication Internal and client-facing audits Payroll, billing, and vendor relations Ensure consistent execution of operational strategies across client sites, including supporting or substituting for onsite management when necessary. Promote a strong safety culture by identifying risks, resolving unsafe conditions, and driving safety initiatives. Conduct daily staff meetings to align team goals, priorities, and responsibilities. Develop and maintain standardized orientation programs tailored to individual client expectations. Partner with Recruitment Marketing to sustain applicant flow through targeted advertising, recruiting source development, and campaign performance analysis. Collaborate with Business Development to support new client discovery, onboarding, and relationship management. Assist in drafting proposals and service agreements for new and renewing clients. Configure and maintain accurate pay and bill rates in system records. Participate in client business review meetings to evaluate performance data and optimize service delivery. Conduct performance reviews, monitor KPIs/OKRs, and assess team effectiveness. Resolve client billing issues related to invoicing and nonpayment. Develop branch operating budgets in coordination with the Director and Division VP. Represent MAU in civic and community events to support employer branding and engagement. Complete monthly compliance audits on new hire documentation to ensure accuracy and policy adherence. Work Environment and Physical Demands Work performed in both administrative office and client manufacturing environments Use of standard office equipment (computers, phones, copiers, etc.) Exposure to non-temperature-controlled or GMP environments May encounter industrial equipment and heavy power vehicles Physical Requirements Ability to lift 10–25 lbs occasionally Ability to sit or stand for up to 8 hours Ability to sit for up to 8 hours Ability to walk in a manufacturing environment for up to 8 hours on occasion Ability to walk up and down stairs Travel 15–20% travel required, primarily local to client sites Minimal overnight travel
