Position Summary
ITW Construction Products UK is seeking a dynamic leader to join their fast-paced manufacturing team. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership and team building skills. Manage employees performing activities in multiple manufacturing disciplines. Develop and execute business plans, policies and procedures and develop organisational and technical strategies. Acquire resources; provide management of suppliers and lead process improvements. Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers and direct reports. Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.

Prioritise issues and activities to develop sustainable improvement in equipment performanceIdentify, lead and develop talent to maximise organisational effectiveness in meeting company goals and enterprise initiatives.Support ITW Leadership Development framework, developing talent within the business. Implement strategic initiatives aligning team-based processes to drive operational strategies and continuous improvementOwn the business unit S&OP process, with a close partnership to the commercial and supply chain teams.Proactively direct the resolution of operational, quality, and maintenance issues to ensure effective management of cost and prevention of operational delaysCollaborate with functional teams on implementation of digital site solutionsAlign operational goals in line with commercial growth plansProvide strong leadership and role model ITW Values and CultureExperience and skills:
