Assistant to  leadership 

This position will require emails and telephone calls to be made regularly on behalf of leadership. We are looking for someone with great communication skills, organization and computer skills. Competent with excel. Customer service is a must  This position will require building Profit and Loss statements on a weekly basis. This position will require ongoing to do lists that must be updated regularly  This position will require constant communication and follow ups with multi unit supervisors on tasks for their locations This position will require reaching out to customers on behalf of the organization to resolve any store level complaints  There will be some light marketing calls required
