Location/Division Specific Information

Located in Benson, Vermont, The Binding Site VT specializes in the production of polyclonal antibodies. This full-time Operations Manager role is based on our USDA registered sheep farm.

A day in the Life:

Coordinate daily farm and operational activitiesEnsure regulatory compliance and quality controlLead sustainability and continuous improvement initiatives

Education

Bachelors Degree or minimum 5 years equivalent experience required.

Experience

Minimum of 5 years of related work experience managing projects and initiativesDemonstrated experience in people management and budget managementKnowledge and experience within a Quality System environment

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

Excellent organizational and communication skillsStrong leadership and analytical skillsProficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office

Physical Requirements / Work Environment

This role involves working in both office and agricultural settings, with occasional travel to other company sites.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in Vermont is $93,800.00–$140,675.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
