Now, we’re looking for a passionate and driven Operations Manager to ensure the smooth and successful running of both of these amazing attractions!
**What You’ll Do:**
+ Take the lead as the key Duty Manager, overseeing day-to-day operations across both attractions.
+ Ensure an outstanding guest experience, meeting KPIs and delivering magical moments.
+ Maintain top-tier presentation standards, keeping everything looking as vibrant as Peter’s blue jacket!
+ Manage financial controls, including audits and cash handling.
+ Inspire and develop a team of Supervisors and Duty Managers, fostering a culture of excellence.
+ Collaborate with the General Manager on business strategy and local partnerships to elevate both attractions.
