With installations across thousands of vessels globally, we specialize in marine and industrial ultrasonic applications, enhancing operational efficiency and environmental compliance.

As we continue to expand our regional presence, we are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee operational excellence, supply chain management, cost and margin management, customer delivery, and sales support, while managing our Abu Dhabi facility. Based in Abu Dhabi, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our regional sales teams, managing supplier relationships, ensuring new product readiness in collaboration with R&D and product development teams, and facilitating seamless integration with Alfa Laval's global network.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operational activities, including supply chain management, inventory control, logistics, service delivery, QA/QC processes, and facility management of the Abu Dhabi site. Lead supply chain management, including managing relationships with key partners and suppliers to ensure efficient, cost-effective procurement and delivery. Collaborate closely with the R&D and product development department to support new product readiness, ensuring operational capability aligns with product launches. Provide direct operational support to the regional sales teams, ensuring timely and accurate fulfilment of customer orders and enhancing customer satisfaction. Act as the primary integration liaison with Alfa Laval, coordinating closely with global teams to align processes, systems, and operational standards. Manage and optimize the sales and operations planning (S&OP) process, ensuring alignment between demand forecasts, inventory planning, and logistics execution. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across operations, aiming to streamline processes, reduce costs, and eliminate backlogs. Lead the registration and maintenance of local certifications, registrations, and compliance requirements (e.g., ADNOC, ICV certification). Represent Sonihull in operational and customer discussions, building and sustaining relationships with key regional stakeholders, clients, and Alfa Laval integration partners.

What We Are Looking For:
You have a degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related fields, combined with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations management, supply chain, or logistics roles within maritime, industrial, or technology sectors. You possess a demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams, ideally within international or multicultural environments, and bring a proven track record in operational integration, particularly in post-M&A scenarios.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to implement efficient operational processes. You have excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills, and are fluent in English (written and spoken).

Why join Sonihull (NRG Marine)?
