Operations Manager Description: An Operations Manager oversees all operations taking place in the field. Operations Manager Tasks: + Assess and evaluate staffing, compliance, and projected needs to maintain quality. + Establish, communicate, and evaluate progress toward field goals and benchmarks. + Represent field employees to management. + Manage budget and coordinate materials to ensure ongoing operations.
