Operations Manager- Large Format Digital Printing

 

Riot Creative Imaging is seeking a strong, hands-on, graphics manager. If you do not have a leadership background in large format digital printing- then this job is not for you. The manager will be responsible for managing all phases of graphics manufacturing, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of all jobs. This includes everything from P&L review, meetings, scheduling, estimating, project reviews with account teams, quality control, delivery, installation and financial follow-through and financial review. The manager will be responsible for supervising the production team during all project phases from kickoff to production and job completion. The manager must coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure all projects are delivered on time and to client specifications. Duties & Responsibilities

Supervise production staff and assign job tasks as required.Required to assist production staff when needed to complete projects on time.Regulate project workflow from start to completion.Communicate daily with the estimating and sales teams.Establish a consultative approach with clients and sales.Build strong relationships with vendors, installers, and business partners. Manage inventory and complete purchase requests.Analyze information and evaluate results, develop strategies to improve processes.Ability to estimate projects and read elevation plans/blueprints is essential.Maintain industry knowledge of material costs and competitive pricing.Sustain a good working environment with high employee morale.Manage employee timecards and enforce company safety protocols.Daily and weekly meetings with production, estimating, and sales team.

 

Requirements

Minimum (3-5) years’ experience in large format management or supervisory roleComplete working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, RIP software, Outlook, and Microsoft Suite.Experienced in graphic installations and working with hired installers.Solid working knowledge of large format printing equipment, finishing processes, and materials.Excellent written and oral communication skills. Occasional late nights/or weekend work and local travel.GED Required- College degree desired… but experience is better.
