About this role
Leading architecture and design practice is seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to join their bustling studio and oversee all operational and resourcing functions as well as general studio tasks. 

This requires someone who is competent and knowledgeable of studio dynamics and processes, who can lead and implement new policies and/or procedures as required and ensure quality assurance throughout operations. 

Key Responsibilities: Project revenue forecasting and reporting.  Managing staff programming and scheduling on behalf of studio Leaders.  Handling all resourcing and recruitment needs.  Overseeing HR functions and full employee life cycle from induction programs to exit interviews.  Assist in performance reviews. To oversee training internally and externally.  To conduct weekly program meetings with senior Leaders.  To manage compliance of various systems. Skills and Experience:  Previous relevant experience within an architectural or design related office.  High level of professionalism and accuracy.  Clear and effective communication - written, verbal, face to face.  Ability to maintain confidentiality of project and office information.  Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload.
