Operations Manager

Job Summary

Operations manager will lead plant operations department including production, maintenance, process development to deliver quality product safely and efficiently by focusing on customer satisfaction. This role will be accountable for running plant operations along with a challenging roadmap, with respect to both people and environment, meeting quality and food safety standard, adhering to schedule and driving continuous improvement through production flexibility optimization, equipment and process reliability optimization.
运营经理将会领导包括各生产团队、维修团队和工艺开发团队在内的工厂运营部门,旨在安全且高效地制造满足客户需要的高质量产品。这个角色将以富有挑战性的运营规划为目标,打造一支以人为本、保证产品质量和食品安全、满足生产计划、时刻追求设备可靠、工艺优化和柔性生产的可持续发展的工厂运营团队。

Major Responsibilities:

o    Core Values and Operations Core Principles(核心价值和运营原则)
    Responsible for achieving Zero recordable cases on Core Values. Continuously improve EHS, quality and food safety performance through strong leadership.
对部门达成可记录的核心价值事故为零的结果负责。通过优秀的领导能力持续提升部门的安全、质量和食品安全表现。
    Own safety, quality and food safety, environment, integrity performance of operations department. Lead incident investigation and strict CAPA for eliminating risk to IFF values and operations core principles.
负责运营团队的安全、质量和食品安全、环境、诚信的核心价值体系表现和结果。领导事故调查过程和采取严格的纠正预防措施以消除核心价值隐患。
    Conduct line inspection in planned operations area every day. Role model the operations team to execute line walk in responsible areas.
每天完成既定的运营区域巡检。引领下属各团队开展既定责任区域的巡检工作。


o    Compliance, Quality and Food Safety(合规性,质量和食品安全)
    Responsible for fully compliance with law, regulatory and company policies in operations department.
确保运营部门的运营行为和记录完全符合国家法律法规及公司政策的规定。
    Responsible for making products to meet quality and food safety standard including ISO 9001, FSSC22000, HACCP and GMP, etc.
负责按照包括ISO 9001, FSSC22000, HACCP and GMP在内的质量和食品安全标准完成制造过程及产出产品。
    Responsible for reporting food safety issue according to Q&FS policy. Lead investigation of any incidents and complete CAPAs on time.
按照Q&FS的要求,及时汇报食品安全问题。领导事故调查并按时完成纠正预防措施。
    Responsible for establishing and improving SOPs and related procedure to fill operations gap on quality and food safety.
负责建立健全生产和运营标准操作规范及相关流程以完善质量和食品安全的管理。


o    Day-to-Day Operations(日常运营)
    Accountable for delivery of operations department KPIs including People, Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Inventory, etc.
对运营部门的KPI达成负责,包括涉及人员、安全、质量、产品及服务交付、成本、库存等的关键指标。
    Responsible for providing operations solution to fulfill customer needs with appropriated investment.
负责根据客户需求提供合理的运营解决方案。
    Responsible for completing whole-year planned operations activities within PO budget.
负责在预算范围内完成既定的全年运营工作。
    Responsible for setting up operations capacity and cost optimization roadmap, identifying year-on-year activity list and delivering result as planned.
负责规划运营能力和成本优化的年度路线图,制定并保证每年项目清单的按时、有效完成。
    Responsible for process reliability and production flexibility improvement to fulfill both customers requirement and capability & capacity optimization.
负责工艺稳定性和生产柔性的提高以满足客户需求及产能优化的需要。


o    Daily Maintenance, Equipment Reliability and Fixed Asset Project(日常维修、设备可靠性和固定资产项目)
    Responsible for all equipment daily management and preventive maintenance, to meet ISO and GMP requirements.
负责全厂设备的日常管理和保养, 以符合ISO和GMP要求。
    Responsible for New capital project submission and application through EcoSys and project execution according to timeline.
负责新投资项目在EcoSys系统的报批、管理和结束工作;跟进项目计划、完成项目工作直至项目完成。
    Ensure all new capital projects get right approval from authority and complete them according to schedule.
负责完成工厂新投资项目在工厂内的沟通协调和推进工作;负责政府及相关监管部门的项目验收工作。
    Responsible for planned & emergent repair and maintenance work.
负责计划内及紧急维修维护工作。
    Organize annual overhaul according to plant level schedule.
按工厂计划完成年度大修工作。


o    People development(人员发展)
    Responsible for operations team’s succession plan and review effectively.
负责制定营运团队的继任者计划并有效回顾。
    Connect to operations KPIs to develop wageroll skillset. Complete annual wageroll skill matrix review to be important input to plant talent pipeline.
结合运营KPI的要求来制定生产线员工的技能发展计划。完成年度技能矩阵的评价工作并作为工厂人才梯队建设的重要组成部分。
    Develop direct reports through flexible managerial methods to improve their performance. Provide support and deploy resource including identified training to accelerate their development. Complete mid-year and year-end performance review through standard tools on time.
通过灵活的管理方式发展直接下属并提高他们的业绩。通过培训等资源加速他们能力的提高。通过标准的工作表现与领导理发展工具按时完成员工的年中和年度业绩回顾。
    Own operations department OLR (Organization Leadership Review) and support plant manager to develop plant OLR as core member of site management team.
负责运营部门OLR(组织领导回顾)的制定和回顾,并作为工厂管理团队的核心成员支持厂长完成工厂OLR的制定和回顾工作。
    Keep a high morale in operations department, recognize people’s contribution and share both of business success and operations achievements with employees through team-building meetings and activities.
保持运营部门士气高昂。通过团队建设会议和活动认可员工的表现,并分享业务的成就以及运营部门的工作成绩。
