Responsibilities

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

\n\nThis role is responsible in delivering an efficient and effective operations to our customer following our safety, quality, controls, and productivity standards. \nAssist site management with the delivery of successful OMS and RPM implementations, including using resource planning, performance tracking & visibility tools. As well as enable the successful implementation of continuous improvement and performance improvement tools as and when required.\nActs as key contact person for the resolutions of all issues pertaining to Client Warehouse Process (Order Control, Receiving, Pick, Kit, Split, Pack, Consolidation, Invoicing, Cargo Release)\nEnsure that all contracted KPI for Inbound/Outbound are met.\nProvides operations support to other team in needed in the organization.\nWork cooperatively with Site Manager, Operations Supervisor, Team leaders, and other members of DSC quality and client’s quality personnel for effective alignment, executions and implementations of Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions.\nMonitors performance of Client Warehouse Operations, ensuring all work instructions and standard operating procedures are follow from time to time.\nResponds promptly to internal and external customers queries and resolves any issues immediately and professionally.\nActs as Site Compliance Champion who ensures that operational processes comply with trade and compliance policies (i.e. Customs and Economic Zone policies).\nBuilds smooth and strong relationships with client by means of open communications and feedback methodology.\nMaximize the use of manpower, tools and equipment provided to support operations.\nConduct trainings, orientations, refresher training, re orientation to his team members as deemed required/necessary.\nEnsures to properly manage and use tools and equipment provided to perform assigned task with high quality.\nHelps develop, maintain, and share appropriate up-to-date knowledge regarding the special requirements of existing customer operations and customer suppliers (such as trends, issues, value drivers, etc.) to his team members.\nHelp to ensure and preserve both the image of the company and the customers company by complying all regulatory requirements of both.\nRequirements

JOB REQUIREMENTS

\n\nGraduate in Engineering, Business or equivalent.\nAt least 5-years solid background in end-to-end warehouse operations in a semiconductor or consumer industry.\nExperience working in Semicon, 3PL provider or manufacturing, and multinational company is preferred\nExperience working in a large-scale warehouse operation; with 24/7 operations and more than 250 employees\nHands-on experience in warehousing management system (SAP system) Familiar with PEZA/BOC, CPRS and AEDS, FMEA, Control Plan, OCAP, VDA\nExcellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities\nThe ability to form successful relationships with key stakeholders both internal and external through influencing and negotiation skills to form solutions in line with business objectives.\nStrong understanding of warehouse procedures and inventory control with excellent ERP/MRP systems knowledge and general high-level computer literacy\nExperience of cost models, budget and KPI tracking along with strong report writing and statistical investigative skills\nA strong people leader\n
