Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to oversee the operational aspects of local units, encompassing the full scope of Operations, including project management and control, project engineering, manufacturing, production engineering, maintenance, procurement, quality, continuous improvement, logistics, and planning and fulfillment, or a part of that. Each day, you will be responsible for developing business action plans for the units, aligned with business area/division/product group strategy and targets. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring strict adherence within the Operations with respect to policies and required health, safety, and integrity standards.Work model: on site #LI-onsiteThis role is contributing to the Process automation – Measurement & Analytics division.•\tDeveloping business or project action plans for the SIU India aligned with IAMA Business Unit strategy, business targets, monitoring implementation and tracking any deviations for corrective action•\tPreparing annual budget, overseeing progress and determining actions to cost issues as necessary in order to manage operations within the budget and resources•\tDeveloping programs, projects, goals and metrics to lead the organization to the highest level of operational performance while optimizing working capital throughout operations•\tEnsuring that the organization take an overall value chain perspective to meet customer expectations on quality, service levels, lead time and culture of continuous improvement behaviors, methodology and processes•\tMaintaining compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations while monitoring and reporting progress, results, assessing risks, safety hazards and implementing plans to ensure people and equipment safety•\tCreating and maintaining a positive work environment for the company, ensuring (with HR Manager’s support) that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed
Qualifications for the roleMBA or B E in Electrical or Chemical Processing EngineeringMinimum 12 years of experience in leading teams with a focus on operational planning and process developmentExperience in typically accountable for budget, policy recommendations and medium-term planningExperience in technical background with project operations and techno-commercial experience in project business
