This entails managing a team of employees, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations, and optimizing the plant's efficiency and productivity. **As an Operations Manager, you create chemistry by...** + Supervising and coordinating the activities of production staff, including the Production Manager, Learning and Development Coordinator, Production Engineers, Gatekeeper, and Payroll. + Implementing production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products to customers and managing inventory levels while coordinating with the supply chain to ensure availability of raw materials. + Optimizing plant operations to maximize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall plant performance.
