In this role, you will oversee project teams to ensure optimal performance while maintaining quality, productivity, and adherence to schedules. Success in this position requires exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. You’ll need to inspire and motivate your team to deliver outstanding customer service while meeting performance goals. A deep understanding of call center operations and the ability to leverage technology for call routing and workforce management is essential.
This is a work-from-home role; however, to be considered, you must reside in Metro Manila, Rizal, Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, or Bulacan.

**Responsibilities**
+ Oversee operations to ensure delivery of key operational metrics
+ Maintain strong client relationships, including ongoing communication about results and potential challenges
+ Conduct staff performance reviews and contribute to operational strategy assessments
+ Establish and uphold high standards for productivity, quality, and customer service
+ Manage, train, and develop staff while ensuring adherence to established SLAs
+ Create, track, and analyze KPIs to measure and enhance performance
**Qualifications**
+ Minimum 5 years of experience as an Operations Manager, including 3 years of U.S.-based experience
+ 5+ years of call center management experience, including 2 years in healthcare
+ Proven experience managing remote teams
+ Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office
**Preferred:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in a related field (healthcare management, business administration) or equivalent experience
