Oversee day-to-day operations across all departments to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.Facilitate communication and collaboration between teams to align with company objectives.Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.Identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions.Analyze current workflows and processes, identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies.Design and implement improvements to optimize operations and reduce costs.Establish KPIs and track the performance of departments to ensure targets are met.Prepare and present reports to senior management regarding operational progress.Manage budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure optimal utilization of assets.Address challenges within teams and provide solutions to improve performance.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (an MBA degree is preferred).At least 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a multi-departmental organization.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in operational tools and software (e.g., ERP systems, project management tools).Fluent in English (verbal and written).Demonstrated success in improving processes and achieving operational efficiency.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
