Job Duties and Responsibilities
Monitors overall implementation of projects Plans, executes, controls and finalizes projects according to strict deadlines and within budget Plans, schedules and tracks project timelines, milestones and deliverables Estimates resources and participants needed to achieve project goals Drafts and submits budget proposals and recommends subsequent budget changes where necessary Tracks actual expenses, cash advances and disbursements to ensure cost-efficient spending and monitors profits of the project Develops best practices and tools for project execution and management Communicates project expectations to team members and stakeholders Briefs concerned personnel on project details and client requirements Develops and deliver reports, proposals and other required documentation Prepares trend analysis, market research and monitoring Manages problems faced in the execution and implementation of a project Attends various types of meetings such as project briefing, updates meeting, presentation of proposal, reports presentation, internal meetings, brainstorming Manages communication between all departments / Interdepartmental interaction (Accounts, Creatives, Finance, Admin, HR) Can assist in manpower sourcing and monitors deployment - Gathers updates from Project Managers and/or Project Coordinators to ensure that sufficient manpower requirements are met
