Join our dynamic and international team at Sherwin-Williams, where we are committed to excellence in production and operations of surface coatings As an Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency at our production site, with a total of 70 employees. You will be responsible for ensuring safe systems of work, providing a safe working environment. You will lead your management team to enable an efficient production that meet customer requirements, promote a culture of continuous improvement, and support the managers in leading their teams effectively. You work locally with your management team as well as with regional resources in EMEAI and also the US. 

This work is site-based at our production site in Arlandastad. You will be managing a team of five direct reports – Production Supervision, Planning, and Plant Quality Management. You will be reporting to our Area Manager of Operations.
