What this job involves: As an Operations Manager for a Bio Pharma Solutions company, you will play a critical role in overseeing the efficient production and delivery of biopharmaceutical products. Your responsibilities will include managing daily operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards, optimizing processes, and leading a dedicated team. You will collaborate with cross-functional departments to drive continuous improvement and support the company's goals in delivering high-quality solutions to clients.

What your day-to-day will look like:

Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient production and compliance with GMP and regulatory guidelines.Lead and mentor a team, fostering a culture of safety, integrity, and excellence.Collaborate with R&D, quality assurance, and supply chain teams to streamline processes.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies for continuous improvement.Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions swiftly.Prepare and present operational reports to senior management.Coordinate with project managers to align operational capabilities with client demands.

Work Schedule:

This position requires flexibility and adaptability to meet business needs, typically involving a standard dayshift workweek with occasional extended hours, including evenings and weekends, to address operational demands.

Desired or preferred experience and technical skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field.Experience in biopharmaceutical manufacturing or a closely related field.Strong understanding of GMP regulations and compliance.Proficient in process optimization and lean manufacturing techniques.Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.

Required Skills and Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.Proven track record of successful project management and process improvement.
