Overview SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking an Operations Manager to support the Contractor’s labor force and resources to meet the overall O&M requirements of the Contract. Essential Job Duties Manage the overall public works performance of a multinational workforce. Assist in monthly performance reviews both internally and with the customer. Assist in effectively managing the financial goals of the contract and the company. Have at least five years’ experience managing the following public works functions: Prime power production Water plant operations Wastewater plant operations and disposal Facilities and infrastructure maintenance Fire Alarm and Suppression System Maintenance Physical Security Equipment and Infrastructure Maintenance Engineering design Minor construction Grounds maintenance Warehousing and inventory management Minimum Requirements Active in Scope Secret clearance. Associate degree in a related discipline or equivalent schools’ training/certifications. 5 years’ experience in providing O&M support services to large facilities or operations (greater than $10 Million annual operations). Work Environment Living and working conditions at the assignment location could be remote and uncomfortable. Long hours, exposure to weather and hazardous conditions. Personnel should be aware of moving on short notice and under adverse conditions.
