What this job involves –
Will be responsible for overseeing the JLL FM Services Scope at two brand new sites in Montgomery, AL. One side is a bottling facility (manufacturing) and the adjacent site is a warehouse. In consultation and collaboration with senior leadership, oversee the operation, staffing, performance and development of the on-site facility management team.

Relationship Management and Operations
Ensure client satisfaction by providing a seamless interface to client; demonstrate leadership, responsiveness and creativityAccomplish key performance indicators and service level agreements as identified by client and conduct regular Quality Assurance auditsOversee the environmental and safety program for the site and foster a “Safety First” culture within the JLL and supplier teamsManage supplier performance at the facility and maximize utilization of suppliers, preferred vendors and contractors. Coordinate discussions with each vendor or supplier regarding goal setting, performance criteria, and performance review. Develop scope of services and assist in vendor negotiations for new and the maintenance of existing contracts.Executive Reporting
Oversee the appropriate monthly/quarterly/annual reporting appropriate for the clientBudgeting
Oversee the development and management of the capital and zero-based expense budgets for the facilityDevelop monthly/quarterly variance reporting on the operating budgetOther
