**Operations Manager - $85,000 to $90,000** Our client in Hanahan, SC is looking for an Operations Manager. Our client is looking for an individual with high energy, ambition, and Management skills. The ideal candidate needs to have strong people skills and manufacturing or high distribution experience. This is not a desk- sitter role. This role will be on the floor at least 75% of the day and they also tend to work at least 2 Saturdays a month, due to customer demands. **Whats in it for you?** + **Pay Rate:** $85,000 - $90,000 annually + **Shift:** Full-time, includes at least 2 Saturdays a month based on customer demand + Direct-hire position! + **Clean and Safe Work Environment** + **Opportunity for Growth and Career Development** + **Hands-on Leadership Role** **What will you be doing?** + Managing, controlling, and monitoring processes and workflows at the distribution site. + Partnering with the Warehouse Manager to oversee and train staff on warehouse activities, including receiving, stocking, inventory control, shipping, and safety. + Preparing reports, summaries, and analyses on operations while maintaining clear communication with management. + Engaging in cost analysis and vendor management for warehouse operations. + Ensuring compliance with safety policies and procedures while maintaining an orderly and efficient warehouse. + Partnering with HR on hiring, onboarding, evaluations, and employee relations. + Coordinating with purchasing, engineering, and quality teams to ensure proper inventory levels. + Interacting with customers when necessary. **What do you bring?** + Positive, can-do attitude + 7-10 years of warehouse experience, preferably in manufacturing or high distribution environments + Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills + Ability to lift 20-50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs with a team + Forklift certification (preferred) Are you Interested?
