Job Description:

Location: Monroe Township, New Jersey

Our client in Monroe, NJ is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for their busy distribution center.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day to day Operations of Over the Road and Local deliveries.
• This includes deliveries made Nationwide and Local along with Final Mile and White Glove Home Delivery.
• Oversee Warehouse Management and Storage for multiple locations in the Dayton, NJ area.
• 3 PL Storage and Transportation of goods including high end products with high value
• Proficient working with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Forklift Operation: Reach Truck – Order Picker, Isle Master – Order Picker, Cherry Picker, Sit-Down

Desired Background/Skills:

• Seeking a candidate preferably with 3 years of related work experience as an Operations Manager in a Warehouse
• Must be fluent in English
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus
• Seeking type A personality characterized by traits like ambition, competitiveness, and drive.
• Proficient working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Oversee Office – CSR and Clerical staff
• Math skills
