Role and Responsibilities

The Operations Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of Samsung Mail-In Repair Center. Offers consistent support to servicer/s ensuring end-user customers’ needs are fulfilled.  Responsibilities include production planning, optimizing operational processes, leading and developing the operations team, and driving continuous improvement to support overall business goals.

This role will utilize account management, network management, leadership skills, and industry knowledge to drive results. The Operations Manager will guide, advise, and assist their assigned service center partner/s.

Oversee and manage all aspects of daily operations, including production, logistics, and customer service.Develop and implement operational strategies and best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity.Manage budgets, forecast operational expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities. * Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team. *Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and prepare insightful reports.Collaborate effectively with other departments (e.g., parts, finance, engineering) to achieve business objectives.Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Skills and Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. 5+ years of progressive experience in operations management or a relevant field.Proven leadership and team management skills, including the ability to motivate and inspire teams.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, project management software, data analysis tools).
