As an ISC Operations Manager here at\nHoneywell, you will be\nresponsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a manufacturing\norganization and ensuring their profitability. Your responsibilities will cover\na wide range of tasks, from employee management and quality control to\noptimizing processes and devising initiatives to drive business performance.\nYou will ensure all manufacturing operations are carried on an appropriate,\ncost-effective way including improving operational management systems,\nprocesses, and best practices. You will have direct interaction with the\ncustomer including written communication and in-person.

You will report directly to our Sr. Site Director,\nand you will work out of our Deer Valley, AZ location on an on-site work\nschedule.
In this role, you will have a significant impact on\nmanufacturing processes, improving operational efficiency, ensuring on-time\ndelivery to customers, reducing costs, optimizing inventory, and playing a\ncritical role in identifying and mitigating manufacturing risks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Increase the efficiency of\n existing processes and procedures to improve internal capacity.Ensure plant maintenance program\n execution.Lead productivity improvement\n projects.Ensure that operational\n activities remain on time and within budget.Track staffing requirements,\n hiring new employees as needed.Lead, motivate, and support a\n large team of both salary and hourly employees within a time-sensitive and\n demanding environment.Collaborate with customers and\n cross functional teamsLead data collection for the\n updating of metrics to achieve productivity targets, reduce cost per unit,\n eliminate errors, and deliver excellent customer service.Partner with cross-functional\n teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best\n practices.Utilize Lean manufacturing\n methodology that focuses on minimizing waste within manufacturing systems\n while simultaneously maximizing productivity.Ensure compliance with regulatory\n requirements and company policies.

YOU MUST HAVE

6 plus years of experience leading in a\n manufacturing environment preferably in the Aerospace industry.3 plus years of experience\n managing and leading direct reports.Proven track record to lead\n successfully a team.• Strong knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean manufacturing\n principals. •Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.• Ability to\n effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams and\n customers.
