As an ISC Operations Manager here at\nHoneywell, you will be\nresponsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a manufacturing\norganization and ensuring their profitability. Your responsibilities will cover\na wide range of tasks, from employee management and quality control to\noptimizing processes and devising initiatives to drive business performance.\nYou will ensure all manufacturing operations are carried on an appropriate,\ncost-effective way including improving operational management systems,\nprocesses, and best practices. You will have direct interaction with the\ncustomer including written communication and in-person.
You will report directly to our Sr. Site Director,\nand you will work out of our Deer Valley, AZ location on an on-site work\nschedule.
In this role, you will have a significant impact on\nmanufacturing processes, improving operational efficiency, ensuring on-time\ndelivery to customers, reducing costs, optimizing inventory, and playing a\ncritical role in identifying and mitigating manufacturing risks.

YOU MUST HAVE
6 plus years of experience leading in a\n manufacturing environment preferably in the Aerospace industry.3 plus years of experience\n managing and leading direct reports.Proven track record to lead\n successfully a team.• Strong knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean manufacturing\n principals. •Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.• Ability to\n effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams and\n customers.
