Temp-to-Hire position$20.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)Develop, implement, and supervise the Branch business plan and operating budget, such as operating, financial, and sales targetsOversee every aspect of daily operations of the facility to ensure safety, efficiency, and profitability; frequently review and analyze progress toward accomplishing sales forecasts and operational goals; train and developBranch employees; and oversee the record-keeping functions of recording revenue generated and funds received, maintaining inventory records, requisitioning supplies in accordance with sales projections, and moving product within the market area.Oversee all physical resource management, including maintenance and repair, adherence to industry.Operations Manager Qualifications:
Five or more years of increasingly responsible experience in a sales or agricultural roleFive or more years of experience leading people; a university degree is desirable; a high school diploma or its equivalent is necessaryExperience with crops, fertilizers, and pesticides in the current market is a must for applicants.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
