As an Operations Manager within Integrated Services, you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence across our connected services and products. Reporting to the Strategy & Operations Senior Manager, you will be responsible for creating new and optimizing current operational processes, coordinating across international teams, ensuring that our products and services are delivered efficiently and effectively to our customers, and monitoring customer feedback and issues. You will collaborate closely with various internal and external stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and operational innovation.

What you'll do…
Lead the creation, management, and expansion of pilot programs focused on customer engagement initiatives and operational performance.Coordinate across all international operating teams to identify risk and opportunities to business performance in global markets.Prepare and present operational updates for leadership within the established reporting cadence.Oversee the prioritization and implementation of changes and improvements to the business unit’s operational Command Center.Track major operational issues, drive resolutions, and ensure follow-up actions are completed promptly.Manage the agenda for the business unit’s Operations & Finance meetings, including tracking major issues and facilitating resolutions and next steps.Coordinate the process of prioritizing, tracking, and developing new requests for the Subscription Services Platform.Manage user acceptance testing (UAT) requirements and timelines in partnership with Integrated Services Program Management Office and other development partners.Continuously seek to improve operational processes and streamline cross-team coordination for enhanced efficiency.
