Position Description

Is responsible for the development, effective implementation and management of assigned operational projects/programs. Evaluates activities and makes operational changes as necessary to improve service levels. Develops systems, techniques and procedures appropriate for assigned departments. May develop and provide input into hospital‑wide policies or departmental policies that impact across division lines. Actively participates on hospital committees which address operational issues.

Position Requirements

REQUIRED

 

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business or other health-related field. Three (3) years of health care operational experience. 

PREFERRED

 

Master’s Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business or other health-related field.
