JLL Philippines is seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to be accountable for the operational service delivery excellence across our client portfolio. This critical role will ensure that all contractual obligations, as defined by the Scope of Work (SOW), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), are consistently met and exceeded.

What you'll do:

Governance and Client Management Reporting: Develop, implement, and oversee robust governance frameworks and ensure timely and accurate client management reporting on operational performance

FM Service Delivery Excellence: Lead and manage the delivery of high-quality Facilities Management services, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and client satisfaction

Maintenance Engineering Service Delivery: Oversee the delivery of comprehensive Maintenance Engineering services, ensuring the reliability and optimal performance of client assets.

EHS Excellence Enabler: Champion and support the implementation of best practices in Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) across all operational activities

Financial Excellence Enabler: Contribute to financial efficiency and accountability through effective operational management and cost control measures

Technology Excellence Enabler: Promote and leverage technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency, reporting, and service delivery

What you'll need:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field

Significant experience (typically 5+ years) in operations management, with a strong track record in facilities management or a related service industry

In-depth understanding of contractual obligations (SOW, SLA, KPI) and their practical application in operations

Proven ability to develop and implement operational strategies and processes

Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.

Strong client management and communication abilities.

Demonstrated experience in driving improvements in service delivery, EHS, and financial performance

Familiarity with relevant technology platforms and their application in operations
