Key Responsibilities Liaise with superior to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals; Provide support and assistance to management in the monitoring and interpretation of dashboard key performance indicators (KPI), financial and operational reporting requirements; Forecast and identify possible problems and risks, and recommend solutions; Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of business to ensure smooth progress; Oversees the operational activities and ensures that workforce is productive; Working closely with department heads to improve efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements; Analyze the efficiency and costs of existing business process and identify areas of improvement. Identify and highlight opportunities for performance improvement. Lead the coordination of strategic and operational activities within the organization including project support, coordination, collation of information, reporting and data analysis. Manage relationships and agreements with external partners and vendors; Manages the technical and operational teams in order to deliver the best service level and quality for clients; Actively promotes and implements a safety-minded working environment and safety program consistent with ENGIE’s global governance initiatives. Monitor Profit and loss (P&L)/ revenue. Creation of Annual Operating Expense Budget


 

Customer Management

Take full ownership of the management of the contract and the client Oversee customer support processes and organize them to enhance customer satisfaction; Boost generation of additional revenue with existing customers, and adjust operational budgets to promote profitability; Ensure the right level of reporting and follow up with the Client Set monthly reporting document (Internal & External)


 

Team Management and Engagement

Establish and maintain suitable staffing, by hiring, training, coaching, developing talent, and assessing the competencies and skills of the team Manage the Operations & Maintenance team with best practices with the objective of maximizing the efficiency and cost effectiveness of the facilities Use leadership skills in order to drive others, establish a shared vision and motivate people to work together to achieve common objectives. Evaluate overall performance by gathering, analyzing and interpreting data and metrics; Business Management Develop and implement strong operation and maintenance procedures to monitor KPIs and track sustain contract profitability Use good commercial instincts and networking skills to represent the company and ENGIE group with professionalism and integrity Initiate and drive continuous improvement in terms of operability and maintainability of the sites Ensure optimum financial viability of the operation by conducting regular Operations Review Fully consider financial implications of decisions on profitability and cash performance of the Company


 

Compliance to SOPs, Laws and Regulation

Ensure the entire Operations is fully compliant with the Ethic Charters of the Group, including but not limited to Environment, Anti-Corruption and Antitrust policies. Implement SOPs and take preventive actions in order to avoid the risks. Ensure operation compliance to statutory and regulatory requirements Ensure all ENGIE employees and contractors are working in adherence with Health and Safety Ensure that the company runs with legality and conformity to established regulations. Requirements Masters/Degree in Engineering and/or Management or related fields Minimum of 10 years experience in Facilities Management and Operations Strong integrity, business ethics and health & safety compliance Proactive, focused on execution with regular, accurate and transparent reporting to management Strong drive, good initiatives, perseverance and results oriented Proven and recognized capabilities of leadership Proven and recognized capability of people management Good interpersonal and influencing skills and teamwork capabilities Strong presentation and communication (written and verbal) skills, especially with technical report and procedure documentation skills, and ability to maintain good communication and networking across all levels of the organization Strong business & financial acumen, numerically inclined for data management with eye for operational and execution details In-depth knowledge of market best practices and benchmarking for effective and efficient in operation and business management, processes & cost optimization Effective planning, methodologies, time and cost management Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving, and decision-making skills. Ability to multitasks in leading multiple projects and implementing transformation/ change management, including culture.
