Contract Hardware Department Manager
The Contract Hardware Department Manager will be responsible for the following:
Leading, training, and managing a team of door and hardware technicians.Coordinating daily operations to ensure that projects are completed on time and to customer satisfaction.Developing and maintaining relationships with customers, suppliers, and vendors.Working with the General Manager in setting strategic direction for the hardware division.Will be managing the Estimators, Detailers, and Project ManagersQualifications:
At least 7 years of experience in the door and hardware industry.Proven track record of success in project management, operations, and business development.Experience with door and hardware specific software such as Comsense, Avaware, Software for Hardware, and epws.Strong leadership and team-building skills.Bachelor's degree in business administration, construction management, or related field.Effective communication and problem-solving skills.Must be a leader who is capable of training and onboarding employeesMust be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
