We are looking for an Operations Manager – Excellence who will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, process improvements, and performance excellence across business functions. Job Responsibilities Develop and implement process optimization strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Implement Lean, Six Sigma, or other process excellence methodologies to enhance operational effectiveness. Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions to streamline workflows. Collaborate with leadership to align operational strategies with business objectives. Set performance goals and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards. Drive data-driven decision-making by leveraging analytics and reporting tools. Monitor and improve operational metrics such as productivity, turnaround time, and cost efficiency. Lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence. Work closely with departments such as procurement, supply chain, sales, E-commerce, Technical writing and customer service to ensure seamless execution of business operations. Engage with key stakeholders to identify pain points and opportunities for process improvement. Leverage digital tools, automation, and AI/ML technologies to improve operational efficiency. Collaborate with IT teams to implement ERP, CRM, and other business process management tools. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance operational capabilities. Background & Skills Bachelor’s/master’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field. 8 - 10+ years of experience in operations, process excellence, or related fields. Identify potential risks in operational processes and develop mitigation strategies. Conduct audits and assessments to maintain quality and compliance standards. Proven expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies (certification preferred). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Should have exposure in Power BI, SAP, MS office tools, MS Access, Experience in Project Management, agile way of working, Sprint Planning & refinement Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities. Strong Business Partnering; energetic and should possess excellent communication skills.
