Job Title: Operations Manager, Americas Fulfillment Center
Location: Everett, WA
Job Summary: Fluke is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of our Americas Fulfillment Center. This individual will be responsible for managing a team of approximately 60 individuals, including direct reports of 3 front line managers and 1 business systems analyst. The Operations Manager will ensure the efficient and effective operation of the fulfillment center, optimizing processes to meet service level agreements and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a team of fulfillment associates, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing coaching and development opportunities. Inventory Control: Oversee the receiving, storage, and management of inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and minimizing stock discrepancies. Order Processing: Monitor the order fulfillment process from receiving customer orders to picking, packing, and shipping, ensuring timely and accurate order completion. Operational Efficiency: Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse operations, including workflow improvements, space utilization, and process automation. Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to prevent errors during picking, packing, and shipping, ensuring customer satisfaction. Performance Metrics: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) like order accuracy, shipping time, and productivity to identify areas for improvement. Cost Management: Manage warehouse expenses including labor costs, shipping costs, and inventory carrying costs. Technology Utilization: Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and other technology tools to streamline operations and improve data accuracy. Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety regulations, shipping guidelines, and other relevant compliance standards.Required Skills:

Communication Skills: Effective communication with various stakeholders including team members, customer service, and suppliers.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a fulfillment center or warehouse management role.
