We are looking for an Operations Manager to join our largest food manufacturing plant located in Russellville, Arkansas.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional eager to lead a large team at a large food manufacturing facility.
As the Operations Manager at Conagra's largest manufacturing plant, you will lead a dynamic team of approximately 500 employees, driving the daily operations of frozen food production. Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will ensure a safe, efficient, and high-quality production environment, meeting all production goals and supporting continuous improvement, safety, and quality initiatives.
What you'll do:
Implement plant-specific mission to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with corporate goals.
Direct and oversee all production leaders and their daily responsibilities.
Drive employee engagement, training, and development to achieve manufacturing, quality, safety, and productivity goals.
Communicate results and action plans to all employees and managers, and temporarily fill the role of Plant Manager if needed.
Collaborate with production planning, materials management, and finance to optimize scheduled attainment, customer service, and capital budget execution.
Partner with Human Resources to address employee issues, initiate cost-saving measures, and ensure all operations meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
What you'll need:
Bachelor's degree required
7+ years food manufacturing experience in a management role
Strong computer application skills
Basic mathematical, statistical, and financial skills
Basic mathematical and statistical skills
Basic financial skills and understanding
TPM background/experience

Physical Demands:
Work in a manufacturing environment with hot or cold areas, slippery surfaces, and the need to climb ladders and stairs. Exposure to all food allergens.

Compensation:
Pay Range:$104,000-$152,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
