Operations Manager - FR/EN
To strengthen its team and support the strong growth of its European Distribution Center, SKECHERS EDC is looking for an Operations Manager.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

As Operations Manager at Skechers, you will report directly to the Operations Director and independently manage several departments. Your main mission is to plan, organize and supervise daily operations to achieve daily and monthly objectives, while respecting budgets, deadlines and safety in an automated environment.

You play a crucial role in creating and maintaining a safety culture. This involves ensuring the strict application of health and safety guidelines and guaranteeing a clean and organized working environment.

You are responsible for drawing up short-, medium- and long-term business plans for your departments. You take the necessary actions to achieve the objectives set by defining and monitoring your team's KPIs, while effectively managing operational costs.

As a true leader of men, you manage, coach, evaluate and develop your teams (± 150 people) with the collaboration of your Team Leaders and Leads. Communication is a key aspect of your role, both with your teams and with social partners.

In this role, you will manage and optimize automated processes with a view to continuous improvement.

Finally, your role as Operations Manager requires great polyvalence and the ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment. You must be ready to take on daily challenges and lead your teams towards operational excellence.

PROFIL REQUIRED :

You have over 3 years' successful experience in a managerial position in an automated/production environment ;

You have a good knowledge of WMS, WCS and AS400 systems, and are comfortable using the Office Suite, particularly Excel ;

In addition to English, you have a good level of French ;

A charismatic leader, you are a role model ;

Positive, a good listener and a team player, you lead and develop a team (Teamlead, Lead, forklift drivers and handlers) ;

Highly customer and results-oriented, you communicate effectively with your colleagues to achieve your daily objectives and satisfy our customers ;

You have good negotiating skills and are able to manage conflicts ;

Flexible, you can handle pressure and are willing to work as part of a team / flexitime.
