Do you have hospitality and management experience? Stay Sojo Furnished Living provides furnished corporate apartments nationwide and has a new opportunity for an Operations Manager in Glendale, AZ. In this position you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of furnished apartments. This role will require delivering exceptional guest services to in-house guests, management of housekeeping services, conducting quality inspections of units between guests, as well as monitoring the property on a routine basis.

What you have
High School Diploma or Equivalent2+ years operations and/or customer service experience in a similar field of work2+ years supervisory or management experience preferred Exceptional customer service skillsManagement and good organizational skills High emotional intelligenceGenuine desire to help othersExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to interact patiently, tactfully, and diplomatically with internal and external guests and vendorsProficient in Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)Bilingual a plus
What you’ll do
Manage operations/housekeeping team to efficiently perform tasksAddress guests' service needs in a professional, positive, and timely mannerConduct inspections of units for cleanliness and condition of furnishings between guestsManage inventory and order supplies as neededCoordinate replacement of furnishings as neededMonitor property during stated coverage hours, including evenings and weekends to ensure quiet peaceful environment for all residentsAs an Operations Manager, you should have good grammar and writing skills, be self-motivated, problem-solving in nature, and well organized. You should also be friendly, energetic and assertive as well.
