Principal Responsibilities

Collaborating with Line Manager for providing constructive feedback on team performanceManage and supervise a team of fund operation staff to provide operational support and services for fund end to end processingAssist the development and implementation of initiatives to enhance service quality and operational efficiencyGood planning and managing projects aimed at achieving system enhancement/new product launchedManage the day-to-day operations to ensure the accuracy for maintaining high standard of customer service deliveryMonitor reconciliation breaks to ensure no discrepancy of bookingRecommend improvement of the operations workflow for process streamline and effectivenessMonitor and ensure orders are delivered to Fund Houses/Transfer Agents before cut off timeReview and monitor performance of team members via the group email boxes to ensure appropriate handling of customer inquiries and processing of instructionsPrepare investigation reports including operational incident report for management review and approvalHandle customer complaint and perform investigation to identify the root cause with prompt service recoveryMonitor workflow of team members to ensure resources are allocated appropriatelyProvide guidance and training to team members to enhance their operations knowledge and competency
