Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related fieldMinimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations or a related field, with at least 2 years in any supervisory position.Strong leadership skills with a proven track record building and motivating teams.Proactive, data-led, results oriented, and delivery focused, with the ability to balance multiple projects.Excellent stakeholder managementExcellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills and ability to effectively collaborate across all levels of the organization.Strong project management skills capable of managing multiple marketing operations and initiatives simultaneously.High attention to detail and a strong focus on quality assurance to ensure operation standards and best practices are being practice.Ability to manage varying team demands and personalities.Proficient in MS Office tools (especially MS Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and has experience in working with CRM systems.Familiarity or knowledge in marketing automation software such as Hubspot, Marketo, or Pardot, and proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce is a plus.At least one year of B2B Marketing exposure/knowledge is a plus.Must be in current role for 1 yearMust not have received any Disciplinary Action within the past 12 monthsMust not have any Attendance and Punctuality issues in the past 12 months
