What will you be doing?
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Chief of Staff to support our leadership and cross-functional GS&A Cyber teams. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage day-to-day operations, optimize executive schedules, facilitate key initiatives, and drive critical behind-the-scenes execution. The ideal candidate will act as a central point of contact, ensuring seamless communication and alignment across teams.
Responsibilities:
Own the heavy lifting of operational execution, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes. Manage and optimize leadership schedules for meetings with partners, customers, and internal stakeholders. Handle critical behind-the-scenes execution to support strategic initiatives and business objectives. Act as a strategic gatekeeper, balancing accessibility, and priorities for leadership. Prepare meeting briefings, talking points, and team notes to ensure informed decision-making. Align cross-functional GS&A teams, ensuring initiatives stay on course and aligned with business goals. Manage the operational and tactical aspects of multiple projects on a day-to-day basis. Serve as a central point of contact between teams to monitor initiative status and ensure smooth execution. Assist in data aggregation and content creation for various meetings and executive presentations. Create dashboards, monitor team status, and project plans, and provide executive updates.. Promote visibility into the solution lifecycle and enhance understanding of our approach among stakeholders. Drive action items from projects, meetings, and initiatives, ensuring timely follow-up and completion. Present effectively in large forums, small groups, meetings, and one-on-one settings. Communicate clearly and effectively to disseminate requirements and collaborate with team members. Mentor interns, fostering learning and guiding them on solution area initiatives. Ensure alignment with HR, business, corporate culture, and leadership requirements for various leaders.
