Operations Manager - Manufacturing Plant Responsibilities: Operational Leadership: Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in all processes.   LEAN Methodology: Champion LEAN practices to optimize production flow and reduce waste, ensuring continuous improvement across the manufacturing processes.   Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of three direct reports, fostering an environment of trust, diversity, and inclusion.   Cross-Department Collaboration: Coordinate with various departments, including human resources and finance, to align operational goals with business objectives.   Performance Metrics: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational efficiency and drive improvements.   Strategic Planning: Contribute to the strategic planning process by identifying opportunities for innovation and operational enhancements.   Problem Solving: Address operational challenges proactively and implement effective solutions to maintain productivity. Qualifications: Proven experience as an Operations Manager, preferably in a manufacturing environment.   Strong understanding of LEAN principles and methodologies.   Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.   Proficient in financial management and resource allocation.   Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.   Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across departments.   Commitment to promoting a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.
