We are seeking an operations manager for our Adoption team to help our growing team with managing projects for our clients.
Operations Manager Responsibilities
Below are some of the responsibilities a operations manager is expected to assume in their position:
● Manage and coordinate multiple projects to ensure they are completed on time and adheres to the original scope defined.
● Organize and plan project tasks and schedules
● Ensure project tracking tools are up to date at all times on hours spent on tasks, capacity across team and status etc.
● Communicate project status to stakeholders and key project participants
● Stay aware of company goals and strategies to ensure projects align with business priorities
● Facilitate and encourage collaboration across departments to ensure projects are completed successfully
● Optimize project deliverables, schedule, and budgeting
● Put together Statement of Work once technical requirements and level of effort has been defined
● Help the team create project plans
● Create presentations and reports to communicate project status
